I selected this for a list at a NYC restaurant and trained staff to suggest pairing with spicy food. You can totally drink it alone too. Enjoyed it with pizza tonight.

A brilliant white gold in appearance, this Kamptal DAC, reaches heights with its acid and minerality. Hits hard on stone fruits; peaches & apricots, plus nectarines. Whiffs of white flowers & perfume, with hints of white pepper add a nice complexity. Nice for $18.
