Muted nose. Steve Pannell said decant for 2 hours before serving. I only did 45 Minutes but it did give more after 2 hours. Colour is pale to mid crimson. Aged in old French oak puncheons for 24 months. Cherry/earth aromas and flavours finishing with fine powdery slightly bitter Tannins. Perfect food wine - went well with Pork mince. An excellent rendition of a new world Nebbiolo if not a little on the light side - more like a Langhe Rosso.

Sep 27th, 2018Cherry aromas with a touch of tar. Medium bodied with raspberry/cherry notes finishing with powdery dry tannins and medium + acid. Made by one of Australia's best exponents of alternative grape varieties. Very good example of new world Nebbiolo.
