#PinotGris is a little softer, without the crisp edge prior vintages have had.

High aromas of apple core, chalk, dust, damp top soil. Round flavors of yellow/green apples, apple core, melon brine, pear, celery stalk, minerals.

Opened 2/4/17 with scallops over angel hair pasta.
