Has it been a decade already since we were in Santorini? This wine brings it all back in a crisp rush。Wish I had some oysters or octopodes! Or even the grilled sardines we just enjoyed in Lisboa!

2014 vintage - lots of tart citrus but with really good depth of flavors. Like an aged Sauvignon Blanc.
