Once allowed to decant for 1-hour+ this Pinot turned out to be very aromatic. Full of dried herbs, plum, and hints of clove & vanilla. The palate is much more fruit forward with flavors of plum sauce, cranberry, while also having earthy undertones. An excellent value and paired quite well with asian marinated chicken thighs! ($9) [1/15/21]
