Whole cluster, no sulfur, 100% delicious. This is SBC pinot I can get behind. Yes, it's being led by beautiful pomegranate fruit, but it's in lovely tension with herby/earthy/minerality. Outstanding and fully delicious now, I wonder what this will be like in a few years. No idea.
