Very pretty. Just enough fine tannin. I'll drink this all day. On the fruit-forward / carbonic side, but enough herbal savory mineral to keep it real. Would be very curious to taste this with a few years age on it.

Too subtle right now and at 11.7% it's not a super intense wine if that's what you're looking for. Easy to drink but needs more time on the shelf.
