
2014. intense aroma of sponti fermentation, bariqque(vanilla, oak) with touch of yellow apricot aroma. med body, med p acid, med plus finish savory structure, yellow fruit are not well mingled yet. need to decant or aerate before service. definitely can benefit from aging...3 to 5 years. not yet.
