Lush deep fruit. Deep plum. Alcoholic intense fruit. Punchy and powerful. Some gnarly notes. Memorable- not subtle

Coffee, mocha, dead leaves, loam, baked blackberry, nutmeg. Full and unctuous. Very long finish.

It might be easier to describe what is missing from this wine rather than what it has. Everything about this wine is oversized but it manages to cram everything into a size 42 regular suit and walk elegantly down the runway.

The Dal Forno of the day. Out of magnum and stunning. The new American oak is completely integrated and the fresh fruit shines through.
