Very smooth. Full bodied and robust. Went well with Bandera’s roast beef sandwich.

This is my new favorite cheap wine. It’s very smooth with fruity aromas. I’ll be keeping some in the wine fridge for sure.

Ended up pleasantly surprised by this lower line #robertmondavi #cabernetsauvignon. When you first open it, it’s clumsy with overwrought oak, heavy fruit and the accompanying vanilla. I left it in the wine fridge and two days later, much improved. Some interesting woodsy and spiced black currant aromas came alive and there was some tartness to balance that big fruit.
