Black truffle cherry fruit with pretty floral notes and menthol notes very pretty nose. The family is 4th generation and they are a small 5 hectare estate, traditionalist ages in foudres but is using some new oak but larger nice structure and depth of flavors hints of earth and fine tannins through the finish. Finish 35+ excellent
