Jo Freeman... Bravo...BRAVO. I honestly have to say, this guy has managed to encapsulate the ambience of french champagne, exceptionally. Gorgeous floral, citrus aromas, and a very lively pallet of green apples, minerals, light toast, and medium+ fizz. There was just an atmosphere of happiness in this bottle! Before I knew it, the bottle was empty, and I definitely want to keep this in my back pocket for a great finish to my day!
