Vin Jaune Côtes du Jura Savagnin

This needs air! But after 20 minutes in the glass, this spicy savagnin kicks it up a notch and becomes both rich (on the nose) and balanced, with great acidity. However, despite the typicity the grape, I do find that it lacks a clear sense of terroir - perhaps it could be even more idiosyncratic?
