Top Notes For
Andrew Cullimore

Very light straw with green tinge . Quite light on the nose with floral hints, green apple , lime. On the palate those lemon and lime hints , touch of spicy green herbs . Lovely bracing acidity and a gentle sweetness that is perfectly balanced, nice intensity on the palate . Good lemon and lime tinged finish . Young but promising, a sort of Australian Kabinett or Spatlese , very German in style . Successful . Drink now and over the next 15 years
