Little bit disappointed. This leans more to the oxidative style. Bubbles are a little big in the mouth, and it feels a touch too carbonated as well. Muted flavors of brioche and honey cashew and creme brulee. Just seemed out of balance and the structure a little bit wacky. I don't know if maybe this needs another five years or so in the bottle, as I do realize that it is a 2013 vintage. However, not sure it should be this weird at this point..

Honey. Still like it. 2011 year was better. Best actually.

I don't love sparkling, but blanc de noirs are the closest I come to happiness and this is a really good one. Crisp and clean and floral.
