@Will Thomas is killing it! Such a delicious wine with red meat. Opened up and became even better on day 2

Brambleberry, cedar, blueberry pie and stemmy spiciness. Great balance and and breadth.

Starts out with herbs and earth, which then gives way to plummy fruit. This seems to have more of Russian River in its DNA than zinfandel, which makes quite unique. As much as I love ridge zins, I liked the fact that this did not taste like one!

Gamey tar on the nose and meaty black fruit taste with nice tannins after opening up for 2hrs.

2012 still a little young. Could use another 24-36mos but luscious texture

Quite nice. Medium bodied, sporting red and black fruits paired with a zesty, piquant note that reminds me of tomatillos. Tasty on its own but even better with food.
