Solid #fingerlakeswinecountry #riesling that walks a balanced line between domestic sweet fruit and Alsatian dry. I get white stone fruit, some over ripe pears and that classic petrol bouquet. Finishes with a nice dry edge. Would live to pair some type of food with heat to see how they tango. 😋

I've never enjoyed a Riesling more. I usually tend toward drier whites, so I didn't really expect this to be my style, but it had lingered in the cave a vins for too long, and one day we just cooked and opened it, and it was fantastic. Lots of layers, not sweet, suppose and I agreed it was too notch

Nice, but not very complex. And I'm an extremely complex man. So this is somewhat ill-fitting. Still nice though.
