Deep, rich aromas of blackberries, raspberries, plums and a touch of earth. Vibrant, crisp and juicy on the palate. Zesty blackberry, cherry and mocha flavors. lead to notes of cedar wood, black pepper and white pepper laced with big, bright acidity. The finish continues with the bright acidity, slightly drying tannins and a touch of juicy fruit.
Paired with pepper-crusted beef tenderloin and red wine risotto.
