Gradually building scents of damp forest, sandalwood, crushed granite. So juicy, it simply rains down on the palate with brambly blackberry flavors and savory minerality, perfectly integrated tannins, and a huge finish. Be warned, however, this took a full 24 hours to even begin to open up. I opened it last night and it was just flat, so I put it into the fridge and hoped it would stretch out. It did.
