Creamy and lightly citric, this wine stood up to everything I could throw at it: smoked turkey leg, crab cakes, steamed artichokes, green salad, seeded baguette with Camembert cheese, seared tuna, and fried green tomatoes. Versatile and flexible, it has a splash of residual sugar with a pleasant slightly bitter finish.
