So, this wine is actually called, En Paassant. It's a 100% Merlot from four different vineyards. It spent 30 months in 60% new French oak and 40% neutral French oak. En Passant has such great florals and lean, ripe; strawberries, cherries, blackberries, black raspberries, with beautiful violets and floral bouquet. The body is M and the tannins are dusty M+. Bright cherries, strawberries, raspberries, plum, chalky loamy soil, saline, crushed rock powder, violets, rose petals, soft leather, tobacco leaf, raining acidity and a beautifully, elegant, floral, soft spice finish.
