Veryyy easy drinking; like water. Bright with lots of minerality, notes of lemon, some bitter greens, and a semi-salty finish. A little flat in flavor, but overall quite smooth. Would be perfect for lunch.

Smells green, unmowed grass. Sweet yellow hay on the nose. Acidity is nice. Quaint. Flavors include minerality, lemon, citrus, and sweet hay. Getting some oaky/butteriness on the finish.
