The aroma shows little energy, intensity and finesse, but the body is solidly built around dark and dense color, and healthy and smooth tannins. Doesn’t taste as industrial and processed as most inexpensive wines and comparable to superior quality Cotes du Rhone. Very harmonious and even-tempered structure is very appealing, as is three-dimensional fruit. The lack of aromatic complexity and definition is its only flaw.
