Good Pinot - very savoury with an interesting cool spice note that appears after the gamey/woody notes. Only fruits are sharp cherry and red apple on the nose before giving way to gamey/leathery notes in the mouth. They left some stalks on in the ferment which may explain the woody and cool spice notes. Thoughtful wine.
