2008 Punset Barbaresco - walnut + black cherry + silky tannins = one delicious bargain Barbaresco.

2 damaged bottles one corked and one cooked. Want to try next year to give it another chance.

Drank over three days. Crazy value. Day one was super tight and tanic, but the next days were incredible. Beautifully floral with strong leather notes.

Minerals up the wazoo.

This and short rib mac and cheese did not suck

2010. Got it as a gift from colleagues. After 40 minutes in the carafe it opened up nicely and was just wonderful.
