Beckstoffer to Kalon Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon

We were a touch surprised. Not as plush and expansive as we expected.

From Trading Places movie - "Feeling good, Billie Ray" and followed by "Looking good, Louis" - using that to describe this wine - which is another big bold beautiful Napa cab with juice from the Beckstoffer to Kalon vineyard - decanted for three hours - it is ready and will deliver - Smiles for everyone (well I hope everyone but for sure I have one)

Fruit forward and very smooth on the finish. Not as flavorful as the diamond mountain but smoother

Next baby is also a smiler - as Chicago says and I love to say "Saturday in the park - I think it was the Fourth of July"

Beckstoffer To Kalon - what more needs to be said. This one was perfectly balanced and delicate. Drink now.
