Was looking forward to this wine after enjoying previous vintages in the past. Unfortunately, the 2017 has a bracing level of volatile acidity, this wine is objectively flawed. The wine maintains some brooding dark fruit reminiscent of previous vintages but the acetic nose and palate are inescapable and completely dominant.
