Powerful wine. Goes with Cambozola cheese, olive tampenade, herb chicken AND chocolate cake. Just as full bodied as it gets, with strong notes of black cherry and sweeter, ripe raspberry, oregano and cocoa middle, still quite a stiff finish. This one needs a few more years before it is a pop and pour.
