Apple spice and all that's nice. Great acidity and a round mouthfeel. Seared Albacore didn't stand a chance :)

Pretty nose. Spiced apple, lemon curd, Stoney minerality, hint of fruit tree blossoms and a faint nutmeg aroma on the nose. Rich mouthfeel, accompanied by great acidity. Apple sauce, yam earthiness, a little clove, and pear on the palate, with a hint of vanilla on the finish. Great balance.

Fruit-driven with aromas of lychee, Asian pear, spiced golden apple, lime zest, hints of vanilla bean, off-dry(ish) - from the alcohol; med acid, med(+) ABV. Paired very well with sautéed zucchini & Bok Choy with Seared Tuna. Well-balanced & lush, creamy mouthfeel. Could be aged a couple more years! Quite enjoyable.
