Nice spicy notes, full body. DW: Prana is a delightfully pure expression of Tempranillo that undergoes carbonic maceration (50%), is fermented with only wild yeasts, then aged in stainless steel tanks and before bottling with very minimal SO2. It's spicy Tempranillo treated like Beaujolais- RIO-JOLAIS! It boasts succulent red berry fruit, mouthwatering acidity, and impressive minerality- characteristics of the grape that are often destroyed by heavy handed farming of overripe fruit or masked by oak, common practices int he region. We can't get enough of this wine just a little bit chilled! $19
