Deep purple and violet in the glass. Complex but very tight wine which took 2 hours to smooth out. Wonderful Cabernet flavours but heavy tannins indicate that it probably should be left for a few years yet. For now it's a great wine but if you're going to drink expect it to put up a fight as it would rather be sleeping.
