Blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Syrah. Dark luscious ripe dark cherries, plums, blackberry, followed anise, crackling black pepper and hints of smoke. It’s somewhat unstructured with the flavours mixed throughout, yet remains outstanding. Served with squid stuffed with chorizo and steelhead trout.
