Intense barrel smoke, tobacco, black cherry and leather on the nose. Exceptionally balanced, especially as it opens up. This wine is the text book definition of an aged Brunello - full bodied, smooth, luscious, bold, rich black fruit flavor. Finishes nice... lasting structure.
