Really fragrant and pointed nose; very smooth on my palate. I feel like this wine could pair with just about anything like cheesy popcorn, bbq, even fish. I’m picking up soft notes of cranberry, rhubarb, and a suggestion of pepper. I would like to see more Syrah in this mix but this blend is a great start. I see this wine has not been rated as high as I have but for the price I paid ($5), bumped this wine into 90.
