I think Alsatian Pinots are so interesting. They have these big earthy noses - I get tobacco and dried herbs and dustiness here, but they have such soft palates. This one has light cranberry and but follows up with earth and bay leaf and dry pine needles. It's the Pinot you can pair with white fish.
