Wanted to try something else from Pierre Sparr being the last I had from them was the Cremant D'Alsace. This was decent but nothing to write home about

This wine has a great citrus smell! Very ripe flavor notes. This wine has high acidity. It would pair nicely with some Asian cuisine.
