Opened this Champer last night based on some notes of others, we had a much different experience/tasting. This wine was a typical Blanc de Blanc. It was very light precise with tiny bubbles that turned into a lovely mousse. This wine leaned more towards a baked apple & pear with buttery baked bread on the palate, we'd describe as delicate with precision. Disgorged 7/20/11.
