Moroccan lamb kebabs. I thought, "Pierre Gaullard Cote Rotie". It worked beautifully. Plums, red fruit, boysenberry, some gaminess, wild mushrooms, yum!! Holding up well very well. Tannins still present although somewhat subdued. Still, another 15-20 years is reasonable.
