Balanced, god depth & bubble length, not too broad nor ascetic. Very proper. And not too exciting.

A very classical & classy Champagne, full of green apples, lemon & lemon zest and brioche, with a touch of marcipan. Balanced, lower on the dosage with nice depth, fine froth and good length. A benchmark and highly enjoyable.
1/3 of each PN, PM and Ch from Cumières and Hautvilliers.
