Feb 19th, 2015Strawberry, Apple, pear, nice acidity, some tannin, nicely dry, mineral almost like wet rock or concrete. Right as it begins to rain. That's not a great description, and I'm not sure what I am tasting especially on the finish, but it's even and smooth and I really like it.
