Noticeable coffee mocha oak notes but easily enough berry fruit to carry the oak on the palate. Full bodied from a good vintage - density and power. Could easily have been Peter Lehmanns premier red cuvée , the Stonewell. Excellent example of quality Barossa Shiraz at the peak of its powers.
