Penner-Ash
Willamette Valley Pinot Noir

I'm usually not a fan of the "big extraction, new world" style...but this bottle carries itself well. It is full of ripe cherries and raspberries. The earthiness comes from that burnt-wet-leaves trace I find in a lot of Willamette Pinots. The oak is balanced, and well integrated. For all its fruit...there is a leather play going on.

Amazing Oregon Pinot. Very well balanced with a hint of spice. One of best wines I’ve had in awhile.
