Bin 128 Coonawarra Shiraz

A bit of pepper, graphite and black fruit. Good acidity and firm tannins.

Nice lifted bouquet, some Viognier? Or something else?
Fruit driven and a touch too much residual I think.
It's good. But not great.

Paired delightfully with a mustard basted pork tenderloin.

Dark berries and a little heavy for a Shiraz. Maybe too young

You can't go wrong with a Coonawarra Shiraz!

Nice table wine, interesting to running few more years

Better than the 2012 which we had exactly a year ago. Well balanced from the start. Very enjoyable, if not particularly outstanding from other quality Shiraz.
