The Experiment Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon

Superb. Big blackberry and cassis on nose but smooth on palate with a lovely dry finish. Definitely decant for at least an hour and enjoy!

Could probably hold on to this vintage for a couple more years before opening it. Some big tannins and dark fruit.

Really tannic. Would benefit from decanting at this point.
