Feb 7th, 2016Practically perfect, slight cloudiness in the glass with a beautiful color of melted butter. a nose of apricot nectar, melons, and a bouquet of white flowers. Impressive acidity that I wasn't expecting. Not an oak bomb, not something I had to chew on to get down, it was killer with a funky cheese plate from Vermont!
