Cuvee J.P. Chardonnay

Ripe. Oxidative. This wine lives on the the edge but with full confidence that it will never fall over it.

This is all soft sheets and big blankets and infinite pillows and warm morning light diluted through cream curtains and you're somewhere in the mountains. Quickly and easily my favourite wine Pearl Morissette has ever made. Edgeless, buttery, v nutty, grilled pineapple. I would have guessed this as a Jura chard.

Ripe and oxidative Chardonnay. Jura style, so well done
