On the nose it's initially very minerally. Graphite, Asphalt and the signature menthol/eucalyptus of Aussie Shiraz...a touch of meat and black smoke as well. On the palate it's both juicey and Spice. Chocolate richness from the Grenache a bit of cedar, sandalwood and a finish with all manner of seasoning peppers.
