Light, crisp, fruity nose with loads of citrus and tropical fruits. Juicy, crisp and pleasantly dry on the palate. Crisp flavors of citrus pith lead to vibrant and energetic acidity and steely minerality. The finish is long and crisp with continued massive acidity balanced out the light hint of RS. One of the best from Long Island! Great with cheeses.
