Nose of bread, brioche and lemon, very inviting. The palate shows delicate bubbles, a nice and soft mouthfeel, a delicate lemon note all along and a vinous finish, very precise and somehow ample. Totally my kind of bubbly

Unfortunately it was frozen while cooking. Sad. Still stellar though. Grower champagne according to the wine seller. Lots of acid, tart, green apple, honey.
