Evolution just starting on this dense cab franc. The wine feels very 'alive' at opening, with a slight touch of carbonic gas that tingles the tongue. Everything felt in place on this one; maybe a mini bemol regarding the lenght. Cellar 5-7 more years or carafe a few hours and enjoy around 16c.
